Er, i was under the impression that its an open show, on a field...

I believe you can book in advance up to 2 weeks before the event, however the more people that book in advance the better the facilities will be, i.e. there will be extra loos and showers and a bar, possibly even a band and a hog roast so its really important that people get there tickets early if at all possible and don't leave it until the last minute, if you can book in June/July/August that would be fantastic.

the more people that book in advance, the better the show will be :-D

Cheers, Liz  You can have a drink on me when we're there, cos i intend to bring enough drink for my own minibar haha

still haven't booked mine yet :(

I'm not sure anyone has to be honest, the club reserved some plots for the show and shine etc but we really need to get as many people to book as possible ideally before mid august at the very latest. I'm worried that the other people going to the le mans thing that weekend are going to start taking over the place, and if they use up the rest of the site they will be put onto our field which wont be ideal :-( also we really want them to put on a hog roast and a beer tent! :-D

I'm gonna book around june me thinkd, well anytime after alltypes

I should be booking soonish just gotta speak to some people at this Months No-Rice, Liz a hog roast sounds like a sound plan, do the Company that hire out the fields organise and prepare a hog roast and how much will the total cost be because i might be able to organise one if the cost is quite high, just a thought

unfortunately they wont let any third party traders in without special permission, hence why we couldn't use Crazy Udder milkshakes.

They said that they will just see how many people are booked in and lay on facilities and entertainment accordingly, if there is a hog roast it will be just where you buy a portion so no extra cost to the club. we could have had a seperate 'club pig' if we wanted but we would have to know how many people it was for in order for them to work out the cost and we wont know that for sure unless people get booking.

Nothing is set in stone at the moment so anything is possible really, if lots of people book then we can go to the organisers and see what else they can put on for us :-D

the place is a posh golf and country club, and the camping area is attached to that so they are quite strict on what we can and can't do, but they are not used to dealing with shows like ours and are willing to help us make the show a success :-D

Gonna book my tickets next week and start working on the car, finally!

Also, is anyone coming frmo Kent by any chance? was thinking possible Kent convoy to and from the show? :?

well theres 2 of us here definately coming Liz. Just aint booked yet (finances are tight at the mo!)

nice one guys well done :-)

Ill be booking my ticket and a few mateswill be soon i hope!

I'll definitely make it to this one (first ever for me and the olop), it will be great to meet some of you nutcases at last!! :-D
