jesus, I can't believe the police still haven't been and arrested this guy. How many people does he need to steal money from before they'll do something!?

PoloSE : no this is nothing to do with club membership stuff. PM one of the admin or mods if you are having trouble with that. But bare in mind there is a bit of a waiting list for membership pack stuff being sent out, not sure how long the list is these days but if you've only been waiting a few days then keep waiting.

i heard back from the police the other day (i had to call my police then speak to derby finally got through to someone with a brain who sent my a letter saying) the guy has been arested and bailed until Febuary.

i dont think anything will happen until then.

rich

Has anyone got there money back?

when my local police came round for my statement it took 10 minutes at the most.

I think the one good thing that someone done was to report it to the local police to where this guy lives so they can easily go and arresst him. Then get as many people as you can to ring in to give statements

for information: the 'Money Claim Online" court case i submitted was accepted, issued, entered judgement, and now a warrant has been issued for the Chesterfield courts to obtain the money owed - ie bailiffs, including the court costs etc.

i had printed everything out, every last text message, every last post, every PM etc... we had to write it out word for word what happened and at what times etc

including the reciepts, the recorded signed-for letter i sent him and he acknowledged but never acted upon.
