gose it have the g4o rear beam and rear brake senser valve, and stering damper?

what dose it say it is on the v5?

still a 1 litre on the log book, its still rolling on the stock suspension

realy? that must handle crap... base spec cars roll like a boat

Where is the car based?

205 gti 1.9 swap

1400? thats all i got sorry :(

ok mate bear inmind its a 1l with a g40 engine, not the suspension or beam etc.. good luck with sale

1400 is worth it tbh mate as full equiped g40's can be picked up for that

1l shell will cost you 400-500, your making 900 from sticking the g40 lump in,

quicksilver jake, find me a g40 for 1400

original non conversion etc ta

-- a 1l shell seen alot go for less than £100 ;)

-- i would'nt call it a full conversion if you don't even put the right suspension components on!

its a good price for a conversion i think, its mint, looks really well.

good luck with the sale mate,

alright? ill give you £500 notes?!

Like he said mate if you aint interested in the car he's selling is there much point in you writing on his thread?

then its even more pointless you writing that then isnt it, no contribution to the debate on price or intrest in buying the car

sorry OP for spamming!

you're provoking things by replying!

if youre not interested in buying, please dont fill the thread with pointless posts.

makes me laugh how people will insult a car or somehow degrade to convince themselves its not worth the money its up for because they just cant afford it. had exactly the same with my car. this is a lovely motor and if it is in as good condition as the pictures show its well worth the money, as a G40 in that condition can go for near on 3000.

Lovely car chap wish i could afford it.

Dont get me wrong here but that is a really nice looking car but its still a 1l Fox suspension/rear beam/ARB setup with a G40 engine dropped in, while genuine G40's in this con get to £2000+ this isnt one of the genuine one's, £1500 would still make you a profit TBH.

The new owner would still have to get hold of the G40 parts to complete it and inform the DVLA of the engine change.

If you got hold of those parts and either fitted or supplied them with the sale then you should get £2k no probs.

Good luck with the sale anyway mate.
