As per title blue mk5 rolling on what I think were ronal turbos going towards town on the bath road. Looked lowered and also black vw badge, that's all I can remember lol. Anyone off here?

Black standard coloured side strips? if so I see it all the time around Bromsgrove, in fact I was behind him in my Polo today

Tbh by the time I'd realised it was modified, he was gone so can't really remember, don't think its local to me cos I've never seen it before however I'm always willing to be proved wrong..
