Whats this rocco like your getting? I've had a couple of GT's and there good little cars

I used to live up kenilworth drive just off edward street so i was always around queens road/abbey green/tuttle hill ends. I regularly walk the husky up hartshill country park so i go all over the place really.

As for the rocco, i've not seen in in the flesh but apart from an uprated cam its a bog standard 1982 GT 4+E in original VW Sand. just had a new steering rack and rear spring fitted. bodywork looks sound apart from a little bit on the rear arch where hes sorted some rust out and its still in primer but I'm tempted to respray anyway. gonna chuck some wheels on and lower it firs, see if i like it or not in that colour.

hopefully have a good project on my hands. ill have to get a build thread on the go :)

true, it was a bit out of the way. But in my defense I supplied Kerrly with full maps with google satilite links and directions! Worked out well tbh - saved me a long drive and Kerrly a bit of petrol money. Win all round. Hat off to him. :-) I'm curious, what were the wheels he grabbed from you?

yeah it was just the way it was tucked down the back, took us 2 passes to spot it lol.
