in answer to our somewhat stupid remark no I've never done this ever in my 31 years of driving but i have been involved in a near fatal accident ten years ago when one of these tools nearly took my life away does that count for wanting to comment about people that do these things it not only put me in hospital for 9 months it took me out of work for 4 years as well and the reason for the comment was merely to enlighten young drivers that want to do this that they should think a little before they have to suffer the consequences of there actions i cant believe to be honest this post has remained up here on the forum for so long as it portrays that cp condone this sort of behaviour not that i would put blame on anyone else or tie two totally different people to the same brush so to speak and as for bad mouthing someone i dont call that bad mouthing anyone just voicing my opinion as i am now

my english teacher always said put a full stop when you need to take a breath but seeing as i always played football at school and for my county i very rarely attended english as it always fell on the same time scale as my lessons tut tut so remembering what she said and couped with the fact that doing extra sporting activitys meant i could go longer without taking a breath hence shit punctuation trust you to pick up on my one fault my partner is always on about it but I'm a lil to old to learn now so now i just write and i suppose the sentences start and end when you need to take a breath mind you have a good point to perhaps i should learn point taken .

stupid remark?? sorry i may have not communicated properly, i was merely stating if you worded it differently they may pay attention, people dont react well to slanderous remarks about them selves, I do not condone racing on the public highway, nor does club polo (hence cp track day and not "cp big time cruise to polo show, last one theres a batty yo!").

i think you may have taken my post a bit serious there chap, hence the reference to ali-g, pretty much everything i say is not serious (anyone who knows me will say so )

i dont condone this sort of driving, yet I'm not outright against it, yes road racing is illegal, and i agree with that, but theres very little than can be done about it

I've come close to being killed several times when being a passenger in a car that was racing/too quick for the conditions, one example being getting sideways on a narrow, blind corner at 70/80 mph in the slush, smashed 3 curbstones, ripped another up, bent two steelies, headbutted the driver, and nearly head on into another car

and again doing the same thing, but nearly into a lake in december, neither expereince has killed me, hurt anyone severly, or put me or the driver off driving fast

local high streets are not the place for racing, i agree, and anyone who does so should be shot, however, an empty b-road is a better place than any other public place to a quick blat with a mate, hence the cat and fiddles famousness

most people will disagree with what I'm saying, and take moral high ground, oh now, i always travel at 29mph in a 30 bla bla bla, but whatever, its my opinion, and noone elses
