And if everything goes smoothly there may be a 1.6 mk2 there aswell to liven things up a bit lol

Spray pattern wise the 200cc ones are the same as a GT injector , AEE Picos are pencil spray which is why i wanted to try them, Afh Picos are split iirc obviously for a 16v set up.

Yes i want to go to throttle bodies its managing them that is the problem , i did toy with the idea of using the AEE ECU and loom as it uses a Map sensor instead of the afm but really given the relatively low cost of aftermarket management it seems silly not to . Yes i would use bike throttle bodies .

I've got the last set of ABD/3F piston rings available from VW

i found some higher rated ones that are the same size as the Gt ones , i never want to see another bosch flow chart there are hundreds of them .

Gt ones are 155 cc , AEE picos are 170cc and these are 200cc which are probably going to be too much , but they were local cheap and brand new . AFH picos are 200cc so well you know :p

There's a load of Bosch injectors that are 180cc/min @ 3 bar which worked well in 86C's 1.6 8v on 3F injection. 1.8 16v Pugs are one source, and think some GM product - possibly Cavaliers are too.

to be honest i got bored looking plus the flow charts all seem to contradict each other , the ones i bought in the end were local and very cheap so ill give em a bash .

yes suspension wise that was my understanding of it , i do use slicks as well and seem to get good traction with those , i try not to take it to seriously though :-D , although it never hurts to wax a 1.8 t cupra a TT and a Rs4 off the line .

Could you not make some strips up to clamp over the bolt holes ? Like a flat metal strip bridging over the 2 bolt holes.

In other news, bigger injectors fitted no leaks surprisingly , appear to have worked maybe a touch rich but we can work on that , rain stops play .
