Nah that was his cover story, it had infact been towed for repeatedly breaking a section 59 preventing him from hanging around school gates in it.

alright Saf, saw the yellow coup stopped first in line at some temporary traffic lights just before the roundabout where Woodford Road meets Chester Road, BAE Systems/Oxford Aviation Academy building is a bit further down if you'd have turned right on the roundabout. I was coming the other way in a black bmw.
