What to get next?

Featured Replies

Basically I've had 4 polos now, still unsure whether to have another one or not.

But due to me and the mrs having a house and shizzle I need something relatively cost effective. Could probably get just shy of £2k for my two polo's I've been looking at audi estates, but nothing with under 200k.

Would love a passat estate, but the one I want is about £6k, they hold their price a fair bit!

So something like a TDI would be perfect, but I dont like mk3 or mk4 golfs, cant have a mk1 or 2 as they are getting a bit old now and id have to spend money to make it how i want it. Something easy to drive and comfortable before I save up for wheels and coilovers etc...

I've been looking for weeks now and I'm stuck, any help lol?

Cheers guys!

Couple of options spring to mind.

Audi A3 TDI.

Polo 6N2 TDI.

Polo 9N TDI?.

Polo 9N TDI sport.

ibiza tdi estate

A4's are readily available too.

Same thoughts as myself with the changing from a Polo.

What about a bora or something? My mate just sold his for £2800 with Porsche twists and coilovers and all that included in the sale

I've recently up-scaled to a 9n tdi. Roomy, comfortable and cheap to run. They are around 3K though

Thought about a bora, buying one modified and relatively fuel efficient in my budget is difficult i think :/ Something to think about though :D

REALLY want a white 9n TDI, saw one and fell in love with it, but way out of my price range :(

Like already said, get a bora i had a 2L petrol one and that did around 40mpg so a diesel one would do a lot more!

You could easily get one for 2k i seen loads on autotrader/edition38 etc for around that price.

Yeah, the 9ns are holding value. I was lucky that my parents were selling theirs, so I got it for half market price

Still, you get what you pay for
