No I can't make it out, It had some barry boy wheels on it but now I think it's porche wheels on.

  • 2 weeks later...

That'd be me, Been tooling around in it for about 3 years in varying states of repair, was my brothers but i've taken ownership now so had a bit of a tinker.

Strange how a bit of a shed comes into its own when its slammed and rimmed.

Used to drive a mk2 Breadvan in the same colour many years ago, still have it in fact, in bits tho.

and its storm Grey ;)

Where did you go to get it sprayed? (it was primered last week but looks like it's been painted (unless I'm looking at the wrong side lol)

Are you getting the rear bumper painted? I need to get mine done too

this might be the one i spotted week or so back down underwood lane

Yeah we made a topic for the same car.

What are you driving?

dont yet driver but on the look out for a 6n 8-)

Nah not been sprayed just parked it the other way round:) Initially i was planning on scrapping that door coz the edge had bubbled up pretty bad but gave it a quick scrub when i was sortin corrosion on the wheel arch, looks a lot more solid in primer so might be saveable will flat it back and rattle can it and see how it looks, got a reasonable result with the wheelarch.

As for the rest of it getting sprayed, it might happen but its my daily driver and i've got other motors that need the attention. Most of the panels need some form of attention whether it be dents, bubbles or dull laquer. thought about Viny wrapping the roof but will see if the laquer will polish up first.

I'll see if i can locate some pics and get a build thread going, Beleive it or not it used to be several more colours at once.
