Very nice!!

Corection. It LOOKS very nice to the un trained eye. In fact, if you know MK1 's (i do) its a complete bodge. Take a closer look at the backs of both sills near the rear arches. Wobbly line, probabbly loads of filler. And the bottoms of the front wings. Which are blended into the sills and front valance- Again, loads of filler. Basically its a bodged up rot box, with a shiny paint job . Mileage means nothing on a MK1. Mine only had 50k, but was still rotten, but i could see all of it as it had never been bodged.

hope the new owner has respect for those classics, just imagine if it falls into the wrong hands, ( massive wheels, 2 tone colour, HID or maybe a NFS wannaby body kit :crybaby:

Yup - If you can't see the rust on a mk1, you're not looking hard enough!
