That j plate g40 has so much history I remember having a picture of the car mounted in my first house from when it was in a vw mag. Stunning car.

I've posted the history of this car up a couple of times on club g40 as it used to be owned by a friend of mine when it was featured in vwm.

yep still mine, can't bear to let it go. Your trip must have been a bit quicker than mine, didn't see your polo.

And I still haven't been able to track down that mag feature, starting to show some minor cosmetic issues now, could use a resto sometime soon to get it back to its former glory.
