This service is awesome. Pete is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Repairing an old unit is far better than getting one from a breakers yard (which may not work) and much cheaper than getting one from e-bay etc. I was having problems with the central locking on my wife’s 2 door Polo. Then both windows stopped working completely. Researching the problem I came upon this thread. I checked the fuses and wiring - everything seemed OK. So I suspected the window control unit. Pete’s service was also extremely efficient. I contacted him on Monday morning with nothing more than the reg. number and VIN. He agreed with my original diagnosis, identified the correct part from the details I’d given and confirmed he had a replacement unit in stock. It was posted same day and I received it Tuesday morning. Fitted it and everything worked – brilliant. I returned my old unit Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday lunchtime the rebate was in my account. Throughout the whole process Pete kept me informed by e-mail of what was happening. This must be the most efficient service I’ve ever come across and I highly recommend it. Sam Davies
